Yoga

although yoga tends to be more of a spiritual journey regular practice either in a class or one-to-one with the teacher can help you achieve a strong, flexible body leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

can either be taught one-to-one or in group classes; one-to-one sessions are recommended for those with specific postural problems or injuries that need individual attention as the programs are designed for the individuals needs.
